• Reducing of production thickness from 7mm to 6.3(after 24 months)

With respect to these plates' long life, after 3 years research and development in this field, the following results has been approved:

• because of its severity, it avoids plate-bending in electrolytic process even in high temperature

• Increase electrolytic process efficiency from 50%-70% to 90%.

• Economic. it decreases Electrical consumption.-100 KWh per 1 ton zinc

• Zinc-production with net purity of 99.995%.

• Having a 1.5 times more life time in comparison with Ag anodes thickness : 7 mm, long life:21 months

• Minimize sediment will cause no Closed circuit.

• Absorbed lead in cathodic protection process is approximately equals ZERO.

• Decrease in Anode weight-0.6 Kg per month

• Extruding-process elimination

• Elimination of dog-watching over plates, and causing an ease for operators
